Passion! We’re looking for motivated people with an entrepreneurial spirit, sufficient capital to invest, and a genuine interest in getting involved in their business to provide the “hands-on” control needed to satisfy customers and staff alike.

You’ll need about $300,000 in unencumbered cash.

The turnkey cost of a restaurant ranges from $700,000 to $850,000. Factors such as local labor, the cost of materials, legal requirements, the condition of the space to be leased and the landlord’s contribution to leasehold improvements will determine the final cost.

Initial franchise fee is $35,000

The royalty is 5% of gross sales paid each week.

The Royalty allows you to benefit from continuous services such as :

• Use of Qué Padre logos and trademarks
• Use of all confidential operational manuals
• Assistance with hygiene and food safety monitoring
• Centralized suppliers and distribution
• Ongoing support and operational advice
• Research, development and quality control

The advertising contribution is 3% of gross sales paid each week.

Absolutely! To ensure that our franchise partners acquire the skills they need to run a successful business, we offer :

• Two (2) weeks of training (theoretical and practical)
• Three (3) weeks on-site training and opening assistance

Qué Padre’s policy is that one of the partners with at least 10% participation completes our training program and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

It can take about 12 to 20 weeks to be ready to serve customers once we’ve secured a qualified location.
